Industry leaders have taken to Facebook to create communities for nonprofit professionals to ask questions, share opinions and gain knowledge about the sector. These moderated groups are a great place to foster real discussions on the things nonprofit professionals actually want to talk about. Here are 8 Facebook groups for nonprofit professionals that you should join today: 

1. Nonprofit Communications Professionals

This group is designed specifically to address communication in the social sector. It was founded and is moderated by Caroline Sanchez Avakian, the founder of SourceRise and the Managing Partner at Socialbrite. This group has a daily schedule that will help you know when to tune in!

This is a group designed specifically for nonprofits using Facebook! The conversation often expands to general social media and online marketing as well.
