Keith Miller

Danielle Urban: What does your typical day in the office look like?

Keith Miller: I get in around 9:15, open up my email and check in on on-boarding new customers into the DipJar system. Then I check in on our support system for any pressing situations our customers may have. I usually help out customers who chat with us on our website throughout the day as well.

DU: What’s a common question or challenge you get from customers?

KM: How do I make sure my DipJar is connecting correctly?
When you power on your DipJar, look for the dots to light up one by one within about 3 minutes. Once the sequence has been completed the dots will disappear and the amount will display. This means your DipJar is in a great signal location and read to go!

How do I add users to my DipJar dashboard?
We’ll take care of this for you. Send and email to support@dipjar.com with the person’s first and last name and email address.

DU: Where are you from?

KM: Born and raised in Beverly on the North Shore here in Massachusetts

DU: Where did you go to school?

KM: Beverly High School then on to Wentworth Institute of Technology for college

DU: What do you like to do when you aren’t working?

KM: I like to go for pretty long bike rides after work - especially on the Minuteman trail that runs from Cambridge to Bedford. I also don’t mind staying in and bingeing a TV show now and then. Mr. Robot has been a great addition to my afternoons lately.

DU: Who is your favorite sports team?

KM: The Patriots

DU: What’s a fun fact about you that many people may not know?

KM: I was once the mascot for Cranmore Mountain resort which required me to dress up in a giant penguin costume

DU: Favorite spot in Boston?

KM: I would say Rina’s in the North End, get their Pollo Caprese Sandwich and a slice of their Cheese pizza. I really like walking around the North End and the Greenway as well.
