Weeekly Customer Success Roundup 3/12/2018
We want to help better connect the DipJar community! These weekly roundups will share some of our customer's DipJar tips and best practices. Here are the most creative and successful fundraising stories from the past week:
United Way of King County
United Way of King County celebrated International Women's Day by hosting a panel where women shared inspiring words about #metoo, #BlackLivesMatter and gender pay inequality. They set their DipJars to $20 with all the donations going to support financial empowerment classes for low income women. The powerful words about inequality in the work place inspired the donors to give $820 in one night adding to their impressive fundraising total of nearly $19,000 collected with DipJar to date.
Dress for Success Boston
Dress for Success Boston had a fashion show fundraiser to help women break the cycle of poverty by providing them with clothing and confidence to gain financial independence and respect. Dress for Success "gamified" their fundraising by having donors dip to receive a key for the chance to unlock a prize from one of two boxes. Donors dipped 143 times for a total of $3,575 raised with DipJar! Check out the full story here.
