Ryder is a consummate coffee shop regular; his baristas are an extended family. Before DipJar, he worked at cab-sharing startup Bandwagon and studied at Harvard, where he graduated summa cum laude. He has a Master’s in English Literature from Columbia.
Jordan Bar Am
Jordan campaigned for living wages and fair trade coffee in college, later co-founding a fair trade banana company. He studied on a Fulbright in Morocco and holds an MBA from HBS. Most recently, Jordan spent three years globetrotting with McKinsey & Co.
VP of Hardware
Jon has held senior engineering and product management roles in the aerospace, medical device, and consumer packaged goods industries. He is an inventor at heart and has a Master’s Degree in Mechanical-Electrical Engineering from Dalhousie University in Nova Scotia.
Senior Software Engineer
Nick is a seasoned developer who honed his skills working at Viacom, ESPN, and Gannett. He is an NHL 94 aficionado with a penchant for blue line slapshots. He graduated with honors from the New England Institute of Technology.
Steph is a user-centric designer who refined her skills while problem solving for Hasbro, Toyota, Nickelodeon, Disney—ABC and many others. When she’s not thinking about designing the ideal user experience, she’s elbow-deep in clay or running amok with her mini dingo.
VP of Sales
Jenn has a passion for growing and scaling companies. Before DipJar, she was Head of Sales at Zapper, a technology start-up, after previous stints at Snagajob and LivingSocial. When she’s not working, Jenn is watching movies, browsing antique book stores, or eating chocolate.
Senior Account Executive
Ryan is a veteran sales professional who loves helping his clients succeed. He received his Bachelor of Science in Business from Utah Valley University and most recently worked at Zocdoc, building out multiple regional markets. When he’s not working, you can find Ryan golfing, reading, or traveling with his wife.
Brendan is passionate about troubleshooting problems as well as making modifications and improvements, whether he is managing equipment, playing with toys, or facing the public. Outside of work, Brendan is either attempting bicycle tricks or building his own personal video arcade.
