As a member of the Support team, Jake regularly communicates with customers, helping them overcome any challenges they encounter during their relationship with DipJar. He provides dedicated support to resolve technical challenges, answering any questions they have when using DipJar products and software to fundraise.
Prior to joining the DipJar team, Jake recently graduated from the University of New Hampshire. During his time at UNH, he served as a long-term assistant in the Computer Science Department and additionally interned at ZScaler as a marketing and business intern.
When he’s not helping customers, Jake loves exploring the great outdoors. His passion for exploring was nurtured during his time as a Boy Scout, and eventually resulted in achieving the highest rank – Eagle Scout. He earned this rank after completing a service project in which he created a system to map and mark Veteran gravesites.
