Jason is DipJar’s Manager of Customer Support and Success, a role he appreciates because of his passion for helping nonprofits make positive change and achieve success. He believes that donating to nonprofits should be an easy process, especially in our technology-rich world.
Prior to joining DipJar, Jason lead Support for a medical device company. In this role, he worked with an interdisciplinary team of engineers where quality and excellence was demanded. He provided pre- and post-sale support to users across the globe, giving him advanced organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
As an avid golfer, he promises to never turn down an invitation to a charity golf tournament. When he’s not golfing, Jason volunteers with the Joslin Diabetes Research Foundation, a mission important to him as he has two close friends living with Type 1 Diabetes.
