Nick is an experienced, customer centric professional who takes pride in assisting DipJar clients achieve their fundraising goals. He interacts with clients across the non-profit sector to enhance adoption, increase usage and provide educational resources with the aim of developing long-term, successful relationships.
Before joining the Customer Success team at DipJar, Nick worked for a number of leading higher education institutions in client facing roles. His experience in higher education gives him an insight into fundraising best practices for large, enterprise scale non-profit organizations.
Outside of the office, Nick enjoys running, hiking and cycling and completes many races to raise money for charities close to his heart. He has also recently picked up a woodworking hobby that has taken over his entire garage.
