THE SITE COLLECTS YOUR INFORMATION

INFORMATION COLLECTION, USE AND DISCLOSURE PRACTICES FOR PAYMENTS MADE THROUGH DIPJAR
Making Payments. When you dip your credit card into a DipJar to make a payment, we collect the name, account number, and expiration date associated with your credit card. We store a truncated card number along with your name and expiration for customer service purposes. Please note that we are a payment facilitator and not a payment processor. Accordingly, all payments that you make by dipping your credit card into a DipJar will be processed by a third party.
Location Information. We may collect and store your location information when you dip your credit card into a DipJar to make a payment, or when you contact our customer service representatives. Collection of this information may improve the provision of our services.
Processing Payments. We use your credit card information to help facilitate payments after you dip your credit card into a DipJar to make a payment. We will disclose your credit card information to our third party payment processor on an encrypted basis to help facilitate payments that you make by dipping your credit card into a DipJar. Our payment processor will then share your credit card information with other third parties, such as your credit card issuer and your bank, to complete the applicable payment.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 and we do not want it. We will take steps to delete it if we learn we have collected it.
We do not knowingly collect, maintain, or use Personal Information from children under 13 years of age, and no part of the Site is directed to children under the age of 13. If you learn that your child has provided us with Personal Information without your consent, then you may alert us at email@example.com. If we learn that we have collected any Personal Information from children under 13, then we will promptly take steps to delete such information and terminate the child’s account.
