Do I need a Portability Kit?

Nope, the DipJar Pro has a built-in rechargeable battery! Just charge the device before you head out to an event.

What is a Portability Kit?

The rechargeable battery pack connects to your DipJar so you can take it on the go! It will power your DipJar for up to 11 hours when fully charged. Need to recharge? No worries, just plug it right into the wall to charge.

What are the credit card processing fees for Text-to-Donate donations?

The processing fees will match the processing rate you have for your DipJar account! If you’re just using our Text-to-Donate solution, the processing rate is 3.5% + $0.30.

Is there a limit to how many Text-to-Donate campaigns I can run?

Nope! Send as many campaigns as you need for your fundraising plan.

Donor Covered Fees

Enable donor covered fees to give your donors the option to cover the transaction fees associated with making their donation. In offering this feature, we hope it allows our customers to receive the full amount of the donor’s intended donation!

What is SparkVirtual Online Giving?

The original Spark product is designed as a display companion to the DipJar device. Spark enables you to display your campaign anywhere you want to share your message and fundraising goal. Your progress will display updates in real-time each time a donor “dips”!

‍SparkVirtual builds on Spark’s display capabilities by extending it to accept online and mobile donations, and can be used with or without a DipJar device.

‍Please Note: SparkVirtual customers must be 501(c)(3) charitable nonprofit organizations as recognized by the IRS.

Can I add additional DipJars to the Event and Monthly subscription packages?

Yes! Each additional DipJar will be $50.00 for the Event Subscription package and $75.00 per DipJar added to the Monthly Subscription package.

Can I add additional DipJars to the Event and Monthly subscription packages?

Yes! Each additional DipJar will be $150.00 for the Event Subscription package and $175.00 per DipJar added to the Monthly Subscription package.

Can I see Text-to-Donate donations in my DipJar Dashboard?

Yes! All text-to-donate transactions will be shown in your Dashboard. You do have the option to click out to your AuthVia dashboard directly from your DipJar account as well.

How many phone numbers can I upload for a Text-to-Donate campaign?

You can upload up to 400 (mobile) phone numbers to each campaign.

What does the warranty fee cover?

The warranty fee covers the repair or replacement of the DipJar device.
